Puppy Health Guarantee

At Best Bully Puppies, the health and well-being of every puppy we raise is one of our highest priorities. We are committed to providing healthy, well-socialized puppies and giving every puppy the best possible start in life.

To provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind, every puppy purchased from Best Bully Puppies comes with the following health guarantee.

1. Veterinary Examination

Before leaving our care, each puppy will receive a veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian. Puppies will be examined for general health, including their heart, lungs, eyes, ears, teeth, joints, and overall physical condition.

The puppy will be provided with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming according to veterinary recommendations.

A record of the puppy’s veterinary care will be provided to the new owner at the time of pickup or delivery.

2. Health Guarantee

Best Bully Puppies guarantees that, to the best of our knowledge, the puppy is in good health at the time it leaves our care.

The buyer is encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within [48/72] hours of receiving the puppy.

If the examining veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious illness or life-threatening congenital condition that was present before the puppy was delivered, the buyer must notify Best Bully Puppies immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.

3. Congenital and Hereditary Conditions

Best Bully Puppies guarantees the puppy against serious congenital or hereditary conditions for a period of [6 months / 1 year] from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and exclusions of this guarantee.

This guarantee applies only to conditions that:

• Are congenital or hereditary in nature;
• Were present or developing before the puppy was transferred to the buyer; and
• Are confirmed in writing by a licensed veterinarian.

The condition must not have resulted from injury, neglect, improper care, environmental factors, obesity, accidents, infectious disease acquired after delivery, or failure to follow recommended veterinary care.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with proper care, including:

• Appropriate nutrition and clean drinking water;
• Regular veterinary examinations;
• All required vaccinations and booster vaccinations;
• Regular parasite prevention and deworming;
• Safe and appropriate exercise;
• A clean and safe living environment; and
• Prompt veterinary attention whenever the puppy becomes sick or injured.

Failure to provide appropriate veterinary care may void this health guarantee.

5. Vaccinations and Parasites

Puppies are provided with vaccinations and deworming appropriate for their age at the time they leave Best Bully Puppies.

Because puppies can be exposed to parasites, viruses, bacteria, and other illnesses after leaving our care, the buyer is responsible for continuing the puppy’s vaccination, deworming, and preventative-care schedule as recommended by their veterinarian.

This guarantee does not cover illnesses or parasites acquired after the puppy leaves our care.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions

Any condition that is disclosed to the buyer before purchase will not be covered under this guarantee if the buyer proceeds with the purchase after being informed of the condition.

Best Bully Puppies will make reasonable efforts to disclose known health concerns before the puppy is transferred to its new owner.

7. Hip, Joint, and Structural Conditions

American Bullies are a muscular and structurally unique breed, and certain orthopedic conditions may occur as a result of genetics, growth, nutrition, exercise, injury, or environmental factors.

This health guarantee does not cover conditions caused or aggravated by excessive weight, improper nutrition, excessive exercise, trauma, accidents, or inappropriate care.

Any claim involving a hereditary orthopedic condition must be supported by documentation from a licensed veterinarian and, where appropriate, diagnostic imaging or specialist evaluation.

8. Health Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not cover conditions or expenses resulting from:

• Accidents or injuries;
• Abuse or neglect;
• Improper nutrition;
• Obesity or excessive weight gain;
• Improper exercise;
• Environmental hazards;
• Infectious diseases acquired after delivery;
• Parasites acquired after delivery;
• Failure to vaccinate or provide preventative care;
• Surgical procedures not authorized or recommended by a veterinarian;
• Breeding or reproductive complications;
• Cosmetic or breed-related characteristics;
• Minor conditions that are common during normal puppy development; or
• Veterinary expenses incurred without prior notification to Best Bully Puppies when notification is reasonably possible.

9. Breeding and Reproductive Health

Unless specifically stated in the purchase agreement, puppies are sold as [pet/limited registration] and are not guaranteed for future breeding, reproductive performance, or fertility.

If a puppy is purchased with breeding rights, any separate breeding agreement or contract will govern those terms.

10. Health Guarantee Claims

If you believe your puppy has developed a condition covered by this guarantee, please contact Best Bully Puppies as soon as possible.

The buyer may be required to provide:

1. A written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian;
2. Copies of relevant veterinary records;
3. Diagnostic test results where applicable;
4. Vaccination and preventative-care records; and
5. Any additional documentation reasonably required to evaluate the claim.

Best Bully Puppies reserves the right to obtain a second veterinary opinion when appropriate.

11. Remedy

If a claim is determined to be covered under this health guarantee, the remedy will be handled according to the terms of the puppy’s purchase agreement.

Depending on the circumstances, the remedy may include [replacement with another puppy of comparable value / reimbursement / another mutually agreed remedy].

No cash refund, replacement, or other remedy will be provided until the health claim has been reviewed and confirmed as covered under this guarantee.

12. No Guarantee of Future Health

This health guarantee is intended to protect the buyer against qualifying health conditions that existed before or at the time of transfer.

No breeder can guarantee that a puppy will never become ill or develop a medical condition during its lifetime. Genetics, environment, nutrition, exercise, accidents, infectious diseases, and other factors can affect a dog’s health after it leaves the breeder.

13. A Healthy Start for Your New Puppy

We want every Best Bully Puppies puppy to have a long, healthy, and happy life with its new family. We encourage every new owner to establish a relationship with a trusted veterinarian and to follow a consistent vaccination, nutrition, parasite-prevention, exercise, and wellness program.

By purchasing a puppy from Best Bully Puppies, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Health Guarantee and the applicable Puppy Purchase Agreement.
