Return & Rehoming Policy

At Best Bully Puppies, the health, safety, and well-being of every puppy we place in a loving home is our highest priority. We carefully select responsible homes and provide our customers with information about their puppy’s health, care, and transition into its new environment.

Because purchasing a puppy is a long-term commitment, we encourage all prospective owners to carefully consider their ability to provide proper care before completing a purchase.

1. Puppy Returns

If, for any reason, you are unable to keep a puppy purchased from Best Bully Puppies, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to determine the safest and most appropriate solution for the puppy.

Puppies must not be abandoned, surrendered to an animal shelter, sold to a third party, or transferred to another owner without first contacting us.

Depending on the circumstances, Best Bully Puppies may accept the puppy back or assist with finding an appropriate new home.

Returning a puppy does not automatically qualify the buyer for a refund. Any refund or credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Health-Related Concerns

Our puppies are examined and cared for according to the health procedures we provide at the time of sale. Buyers should arrange for their puppy to be examined by a licensed veterinarian shortly after bringing the puppy home.

If your veterinarian identifies a significant health condition that may have existed before the puppy was delivered, please contact us promptly and provide the relevant veterinary documentation.

Health-related claims will be reviewed individually and may be subject to the terms of the puppy’s health guarantee, veterinary records, and other applicable conditions.

3. Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances can change. However, simply changing your mind after purchasing a puppy does not automatically qualify you for a refund.

If you can no longer keep your puppy, please contact us rather than attempting to sell or give the puppy away. Our priority is helping ensure the puppy is placed in a safe and suitable environment.

4. Deposits

Deposits made to reserve a specific puppy are generally non-refundable, because a reservation removes that puppy from availability to other potential buyers.

If exceptional circumstances arise, Best Bully Puppies may review the situation at its discretion.

5. Transportation and Delivery

Once a puppy has been delivered or transferred to the buyer or the buyer’s authorized representative, the buyer is responsible for providing appropriate transportation, housing, nutrition, veterinary care, and general care.

Any transportation or delivery fees already incurred may be non-refundable.

6. Buyer Responsibility

Before purchasing a puppy, buyers are responsible for ensuring that:

• American Bully ownership is permitted where they live.

• Their housing situation allows them to keep a dog.

• They can provide appropriate food, veterinary care, exercise, training, and socialization.

• They understand the financial and long-term responsibilities of owning an American Bully.

• All information provided to Best Bully Puppies during the purchasing process is accurate.

7. Breeding Puppies

If a puppy is purchased with breeding rights, the buyer is responsible for following applicable breeding laws, animal-welfare requirements, and responsible breeding practices.

Breeding rights and registration status, where applicable, should be confirmed in writing before the purchase is completed.

Best Bully Puppies does not guarantee that a puppy will produce a particular number, color, size, structure, or quality of offspring.

8. Rehoming Assistance

Our goal is for every puppy we place to remain in a safe and loving home.

If you are no longer able to care for your Best Bully Puppies dog, please contact us before making arrangements with another person or organization. Where possible, we may assist with evaluating rehoming options.

Any decision to accept a returned dog or assist with rehoming will depend on the individual circumstances and the dog’s health and behavior.

9. No Unauthorized Transfers

A puppy purchased from Best Bully Puppies should not be transferred, sold, bred, or otherwise disposed of in a manner that violates the terms of the original purchase agreement.

Where a written sales contract or health guarantee has been provided, those documents may contain additional requirements that apply to the purchase.
